I haven't received anything?

You can find all your recent card readings in your account. To access them, log in, click on your profile picture in the top right, and then go to My Tarot Readings.

Haven't received an email?

Did you purchase a product or service and are waiting for an email? Here's what you can do:
  • Check your spam or junk email folder. The email might have ended up there.
  • The email might have been sorted into another folder (such as Gmail's Promotions tab).
  • Wait for an hour. If the mail server is busy, it might take a bit longer for the email to arrive.

Still nothing happening or do you suspect you made a typo when entering your email address? Please contact us, and we'll help solve the problem. Usually everything works out if you're patient, and we can always help you if nothing happens.
